Should a warranted part fail to perform during the time of ownership, simply return to any LENTZ USA Service Center with your receipt for warranted repairs. See the back of your receipt for warranty details.

I have been visiting the Lentz on Stadium in Kalamazoo for about 6 years now. I started out going with a 97 Contour, which seemed like it had a problem every 3 days. The guys on Stadium were ALWAYS nice and informative. As a young woman, I've heard many horror stories about being taken advantage of, but I never felt uncomfortable or that I was being "taken". I have since upgraded my car to an 07 G6, so I don't have as many problems with it, but I'll need my brakes checked out soon and there's no doubt in my mind who I'll be taking it to! If I ever leave the area, I'll be sad to not have the guys on Stadium as my mechanics, and that's something I've never thought I'd be concerned about! P.S. That old Contour is now my little brothers car, and they're taking good care of it still :)
