Today was my second time at this location, and this will be my first stop for everything I need from now on. Friendly, straight-forward, helpful, informative, honest...I wish I could think of more adjectives. After bad experiences at a few other shops in the area, I had the fortune to stop at Lentz on M139 in Benton Harbor, my first visit was pleasant and smooth, and I wasn't pressured into anything I didn't need. This was enough to get me to come back, and again I had a great visit. I was informed of the condition of anything they found that was suspect, and advised as to what I should do, and what the risks were if I didn't. I know exactly what they put in my car, and why they put it there. I left knowing not only that I had everything I needed to get back on the road, but I also know what I need to keep an eye on in the future, and what warning-signs to watch for that repair will be needed. And, most importantly, I know exactly where I'll be going when these future repairs are needed.

The team of Bryan, Shane and Nate is absolutely the BEST experience I have had with an auto repair. They are honest, friendly and will go above and beyond for your business. This is the ONLY place I will do repair business with for now on (and I have had my share of car issues). Outstanding in every way. If they did tires I wouldn't need anyone else, but you can't have it all. What they do deal with is truly expertise and talent.. Thanks guys!!!!

My wifes 2003 Ford Ranger was making sounds she said happened when she used the brakes. I took it in to Lentz and knew the problem could be solved. They inspected the brakes and discovered the rear brakes were totally gone. In an hour my new rear brakes were installed at a reasonable price and once again they came through for me. I have relied on Lentz for 15 years to keep my vehicles in good running condition.

While returning from my cottage, two Brake warning lights came on and the brakes became very spongy. I immediately drove to Lentz as they had replaced the brakes a year ago. Brandon Posey and his crew got me right in, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate to fix the problem, and got right to work to fix it. The job was done when promised and for the estimated price which is very appreciated. Good job Brandon and crew.

I have been dealing with this Lentz Muffler in Battle creek over 6-7 years with about six different cars as well two trucks. I would consider them the best in the Business because I work for the government and have been in at least five to six different city as well states and I would always recommend the company to my family as well friends across the country. Honesty, trust, fair prices,followup,Quality, Overall they are Number one and every other company needs to follow by their example to be the best. They set the standards now the rest of the company in the business need to catch up. Eric Sehy you are underpaid for what you offer this company and you should get a raise for all the hard work you do to represent Lentz USA.

I have been visiting the Lentz on Stadium in Kalamazoo for about 6 years now. I started out going with a 97 Contour, which seemed like it had a problem every 3 days. The guys on Stadium were ALWAYS nice and informative. As a young woman, I've heard many horror stories about being taken advantage of, but I never felt uncomfortable or that I was being "taken". I have since upgraded my car to an 07 G6, so I don't have as many problems with it, but I'll need my brakes checked out soon and there's no doubt in my mind who I'll be taking it to! If I ever leave the area, I'll be sad to not have the guys on Stadium as my mechanics, and that's something I've never thought I'd be concerned about! P.S. That old Contour is now my little brothers car, and they're taking good care of it still :)

After taking our 1998 vehicle in for an alignment we found out that we needed additional, expensive repairs. Not being prepaire to have them done, Lentz worked out a plan and price that enabled us to get the repairs done. They worked hard to get the repairs done quickly as we had prior commitments that day. I appreciated their willingness to work with me to see that we had a safe vehicle to drive on the road.

I have been a regular customer of this Lentz for years , and every time my husband and I visit Mr Brandon Posey and his team go above and beyond expectations !!! We had a problem with my drive shaft , it had broken off and part of it was still in my transmission stuck . Brandon and his team worked very hard to get the piece out and saved us money by not having to have our vehicle taken to a transmission shop. I always highly recommend this Lentz to all my family and friends !!! Keep up the great work and friendly service !!

We have always used dealerships for our truck repairs but Brandon, the manager of the 28th and Madison location, suggested we give Lentz a try, so we did. We have had amazing service! Everything is inspected thoroughly and we are given a detailed explanation of what repairs will be needed, how much it will cost and how long it will take.
